We have taken all the health and safety measures requested by the competent authority in order to guarantee total security to our guests and staff.
We ensure compliance with the hygiene standards in common areas, rooms and within contacts with our team, so that you can enjoy your holiday with happiness and ease.
Please take a look at out health and safety procedures:
- Sanitation: the whole hotel, all the rooms and the common areas are constantly sanitised using Rely On Virkon™, one of the most effective sanitizing product, used even in surgical rooms. Special attention will be given to frequent contact points like handles, elevator buttons, handrails and doorknobs.
- Alcool – based hand sanitizer will be at your disposal in several points
- Social Distancing: Please maintain at least 1 metre distance between yourself and others. We’ll provide large and well ventilated areas and safety instructions.
- Lifts: according to social distancing measures, please use the lift alone or together with your family
- Staff: the Staff is well trained about health and safety measures and use adequate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- Bicycles: Bicycle rental service is still active. Every bicycle will be sanitized before use.
RECEPTION
Please wear a mask and respect social distancing measures maintaining at least 1 metre distance between yourself and others.
Our Reception Staff will always welcome you with a warm smile, even behind a face mask or a protecting screen.
Fast Check-In: to avoid queues and speed-up check-in procedures, we will ask a copy of your IDs via Whatsapp/email prior to your arrival. In order to welcome you in the best of ways, we kindly ask you to let us know the expected time of arrival, possibly not before 12 (noon).
Key Collection: at your arrival you will be handled your room key, fully sanitized. Please keep it with you until the end of your stay. Should you need to leave it at the Reception, please use the appropriate box. We will sanitize it before the next use. Please use the proper door card to tell us to tidy the room.
Garage: your garage key will be fully sanitized before use. Car valet service is not provided.
Luggage: our storage room is always at your disposal. We recommend that luggage handling is carried out directly by the guest.
Check-Out: to avoid queues please schedule your checkout in advance with our Reception Staff
ROOM CLEANING AND SANITIZING
Please respect social distancing measures also in corridors and room floors.
The Guest must not be in the room during its cleaning. Cleaning Staff will always wear adequate Personal Protection Equipment.
All Rooms and common areas will be regularly sanitized with disposable cleaning material and Rely On Virkon™, a disinfectant that acts effectively on viruses (including coronavirus), bacteria, spores, molds and allergens. It can be used on every surface and textile, is odourless, has very low toxicity and is easily biodegradable.
At your arrival your room will be ready only after a deep sanitization: after the accurate cleaning of each surface, the room will be disinfected with Felmar100, a dry aerosol generator that releases Rely On Virkon ™ into the air, saturates the entire room, including the bathroom, sanitizing any surface and fabric, including curtains, mattresses and pillows.
The room will have a particularly minimal look, we’ll remove every decorative item too difficult to be sanitized.
The minibar and product within will be sanitized after every departure.
Where available, the coffee and tea tray will be cleaned and refilled. Glasses and mugs will be replaced after every guest change even if not used.
The linen is sterilized in an industrial laundry with certified biocontamination control systems UNI EN ISO 14065/2016.
For daily cleaning, strict protocol rules will be respected to make you live your holiday in complete safety.
We only ask you to notify us when you want your room to be cleaned, by hanging the appropriate sign outside the door.
If you don’t want anyone to enter your room, we will provide clean linen and a Self Cleaning Kit.
RESTAURANT
Just outside the entrance you will find an alcool-based hand sanitizer. Please use it before entering the Restaurant.
Each table is located at least 1 metre away from the next, you will have plenty of space to enjoy your meal in safety. Luckily, our bright Restaurant Room is large and well ventilated, but if you want to eat outside you can use also out outdoor facilities, the terraced solarium and the balcony overlooking the pool.
Every surface will be regularly sanitized and there will be different entrance/ exit paths to avoid crowds.
We will keep our famous huge Breakfast Buffet, open 7.30 to 11.00, but it will be covered to avoid contact between guests and food. Our Restaurant Staff will be there to serve you.
If you want to enjoy breakfast in your room, room service will be provided with no charge.
At Lunch and Dinner you will find a large choice of appetizers, side dishes, salads and desserts on the covered Buffet, while Pasta dishes and Main Courses will be served at your table.
For Lunch and Dinner Room Service is available with a surcharge.
Take Away: you can book you Lunch Box in advance and eat it on the beach!
POOL AND HOT TUB
Thanks to chlorine, Pools are safe!
To respect social distancing measures and avoid crowds, access to the pool is restricted to a maximum number of guests.
During busiest periods, a reservation system may be set up to ensure that everyone can enjoy the pool in safety!
Of course, loungers and surfaces will be regularly sanitized.
KID AREA
Our indoor children playroom is available with limited access. Children must be accompanied by an adult who will supervise the respect of the distances and the use of the sanitizing gel.
Every surface and toy will be regularly sanitized.
BEACH
Here in Riccione the beach is very large, there’s plenty of space and sea breeze for everyone!
Beach umbrellas will be located at least 4 meters away from the others.
For those who need no shadow, loungers will be located near the sea, at least 1,5 meters away from the others.
As you can imagine, there will be less availability of umbrellas and loungers. The advance reservation (at least 7 days) is strongly recommended. You can choose the Beach&Drinks Package and book via the Hotel, or contact directly the Beach Managers, we are happy to provide their contacts.
